Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping applies to all orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 will be charged $8.95

Shipping: We use either USPS or UPS Ground for most shipping.  If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 3 day air, 2 day air or overnight. There is additional cost to ship expedited - this is calculated real time in the shopping cart so you can see all your options.  Priority mail is usually 2 -3 days

We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to P.O. Boxes, APO & FPO addresses.  We also use USPS for most smaller shipments under 2 Lbs.

Shipping times: Most orders for in stock items ship within 3 business days. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Shipping time on orders that are custom made or made to orders can take up to 24 weeks. Some can be delivered between 8 & 10 weeks. This is Due to supply chain and personnel issues in 2022.  Please understand we are doing our best to ship your boots as soon as possible.  Seasonal rushes may affect delivery time.  Some items like Hand Tooled Boots or custom dyed hides can take longer, if this is the case we will notify you.

Sales Tax: Sales Tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Texas (8.25%).

Return Policy:  You may return in-stock new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund less shipping charges.

You will be responsible to pay return shipping.  We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Black Jack Boots, and any other custom made boots, or special order boots, are not returnable for refund, they are returnable for in-store credit only.

 

Return Label:  If a return label is issued the shipping charge will be deducted from any refund or credit.

 

Restocking fee:  Returns for refund or cancelled while in production will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (applies to orders after 3/24/2022)

Finished Black Jack Boots, custom boots, and special order boots, can be returned for store credit only and will NOT be charged a restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  

For your security we do not keep credit card information on file and in some cases we will have to refund by check, however many will be made by crediting the original payment method if possible.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.  We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order and your return authorization number.

Please do not wear boots off of the carpet until you are sure they fit.  Items that are not in new, re-sellable condition cannot be accepted.

Any CHANGES to special orders after the order is placed into production will have a $100 change of order fee, plus any additional charges that may be due based on changes made. (changing leathers, adding logos, etc.)
